One of the best ways to ensure freshness is to roast your own green coffee beans. You will be amazed at the difference really fresh coffee makes. Two things to point out: it’s easy and it’s fast!

Those were some great videos! You can’t beat the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. My sister and parents both have a coffee bean roaster but I will have to try your grill method sometime.
